Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh linguine
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into 3/4-inch flowerets
- 4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine and broccoli until just tender, 2 to 3 minutes; drain well.

2Transfer to a large bowl.

3Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and toss with linguine and broccoli.

4Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.

5Pass a bowl of grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
