Tomato and Corn Salsa

  • 1 whole Large Tomato
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno, Minced (optional)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime
  • Salt To Taste

Directions

    Dice tomato.

    Run cold water over the corn to defrost.

    Combine in a large bowl.

    If using jalapeno, add to the mixture.

    Add chopped cilantro.

    Cut lime in half and squeeze over the mixture.

    Salt to taste.

    Spoon into tacos instead of jarred salsa!
