- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 (60 oz.) can spicy V-8 juice
- 1 3/4 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped and diced (if desired)
- 1/2 c. cucumbers, chopped and diced (if desired)
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped and diced (if desired)
Directions

1Mix the water with 1 cup of tomato juice; heat until boiling. Dissolve in this the jello; gently stir.

2Now add the V-8, tomato juice, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.

3Chill until it starts to jell.

4Then add, if desired, the chopped vegetables.
