Ingredients

  • 24 ounce. can V8 juice
  • 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. V8 juice.

    Heat the remainder of juice to boiling.

    Add in flavorings.

    Add in warm mix slowly to gelatin mix.

    Pour in a 9 x 13 or possibly 9 x 11 inch baking pan.

    Chill till set.

    Serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise.

    Serves 8 to 10.
