Ingredients
- 24 ounce. can V8 juice
- 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatin
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. V8 juice.

2Heat the remainder of juice to boiling.

3Add in flavorings.

4Add in warm mix slowly to gelatin mix.

5Pour in a 9 x 13 or possibly 9 x 11 inch baking pan.

6Chill till set.

7Serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise.

8Serves 8 to 10.
