  • 1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. diagonally sliced green onions
  • 1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no salt added whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
