  • Can of diced tomatos
  • Can chicken stock
  • Olive oil
  • Basil
  • Oregeno
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic

    Cube bread.

    brown bread in olive oil.

    Set aside.

    Brown small diced red onion, minced garlic in olive oil.

    Add canned tomatos, basil, oregeno and chicken stock.

    Bring to boil.

    Add salt to taste; tomatoes absorb a lot of salt so be generous.

    Simmer 30 minutes.

    Add bread before serving.
