- Can chicken stock
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Oregeno
- Red Onion
- Garlic

1Cube bread.

2brown bread in olive oil.

4Brown small diced red onion, minced garlic in olive oil.

5Add canned tomatos, basil, oregeno and chicken stock.

6Bring to boil.

7Add salt to taste; tomatoes absorb a lot of salt so be generous.

8Simmer 30 minutes.
