- 1 qt. canned tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain tomatoes.

2Add beaten eggs and butter.

3Add cracker crumbs; let stand for a few minutes.

4If not stiff enough, add more cracker crumbs.

5Bake in a well-greased pan at 350° until firm.

6Cut in squares.

7May also be used as a cake.

8Fry at a very low heat.

9Makes 8 servings.
