- 3 cups baking mix Bisquick
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes with juice
Directions

1Heat oven to 350*.

2Spray two loaf pans with no-stick spray.

3Stir together baking mix, cheese and salt in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

4Add eggs, milk and tomatoes to well.

5Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

6Divide batter evenly between loaf pans.

7Bake 350* for 45 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

8Cool in pans 5 minutes.

9Remove from pans and serve warm.
