  • 1/2 gal. green tomatoes
  • 1 large cabbage
  • 12 large onions
  • 12 sweet peppers
  • 8 hot peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 oz. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. pickling spice
  • few pieces cinnamon bark
