- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in halves crosswise.

2Remove seeds and most of pulp from centers.

3Sprinkle cavities with salt.

4Combine corn, cheese and onions.

5Firmly pack into each tomato shell.

6Place in greased baking dish.

7Cook, uncovered in microwave 4 to 5 minutes on High.

8In oven, bake 20 to 30 minutes, until heated thoroughly.
