  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
