Tomato Cream Gratin

  • 1 to 2 Tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp White sauce
  • 1 Melting cheese
  • 1 dash Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Dried parsley

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and wipe off the water.

    Remove the stems and slice thinly.

    Put the white sauce in a heatproof dish, and place the tomatoes on top.

    Top with the melting cheese, Parmesan, black pepper and dried parsley.

    Bake in the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes to finish.
