- 1 to 2 Tomatoes
- 5 tbsp White sauce
- 1 Melting cheese
- 1 dash Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Dried parsley
Directions

1Wash the tomatoes and wipe off the water.

2Remove the stems and slice thinly.

3Put the white sauce in a heatproof dish, and place the tomatoes on top.

4Top with the melting cheese, Parmesan, black pepper and dried parsley.

5Bake in the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes to finish.
