Tomato Dill Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz.) diced, peeled tomatoes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. each olive oil and minced parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika or ground red pepper (pinch)
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti or linguine

Directions

    Drain off some of the juice from the tomatoes.

    Mix all ingredients except the noodles in a large bowl.

    Marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes.

    Cook spaghetti and drain.

    Add hot pasta to sauce and toss.

    Serve immediately.
