  • 12 nabisco low-sodium triscuits
  • 14 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium plum tomato, cut into 12 slices
  • light Italian dressing

Directions

    Cover the top of each cracker with some light italien salad dressing.

    Place a slice of tomato on top of the dressing.
  3. 3
    Top each tomato slice with 1 teaspoon of cheese.

    Place 6 topped crackers on a microwaveable plate and heat on high for 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  5. 5
    Repeat with remainging topped crackers.
