- 14 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium plum tomato, cut into 12 slices
- light Italian dressing
Directions

1Cover the top of each cracker with some light italien salad dressing.

2Place a slice of tomato on top of the dressing.

3Top each tomato slice with 1 teaspoon of cheese.

4Place 6 topped crackers on a microwaveable plate and heat on high for 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted.

5Repeat with remainging topped crackers.
