  • 40 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (3 5/8 ounce) can smoked oysters, drained
  • hot pepper sauce
  • fresh parsley (to garnish)

Directions

    Rinse tomatoes and remove stems.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Slice each tomato vertically to 1/4 inch of its base.

    Spread tomato slightly apart; slip in oyster.

    Season each with 1-2 drops hot sauce.
