  • 9 inches pie crusts
  • 3 -4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 12 cup fresh button mushrooms
  • 12 cup shredded fresh basil
  • 12 cup shredded low-fat swiss cheese
  • 34 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 13 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

    Partially bake your pie crust.

    I use whole wheat pastry four, but you can use your favorite recipe.

    Mix the mayo with the cheddar cheese.
