  • 1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell
  • 2 14 oz (392 grm). Cans Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 Medium Onion, Diced
  • Basil, Salt, Pepper, Equal Sweetener to taste
  • 1 Cup (225 ml) Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup (225 ml) Sharp Cheese, Shredded

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Cook pie shell 5 minutes; let cool.

    Layer with tomatoes & onions, seasoning each layer with basil, salt, pepper and Equal Sweetener.

    Repeat layers.

    Mix Mayonnaise & Cheese and spread on top like a meringue.

    Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 45 minutes.
