- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. chopped, fresh tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 c. light mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. basil
Directions

1Bake pie shell at 350°until partially cooked.

2Saute onion and tomatoes in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray until onion is tender.

3Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Spoon into pie shell.

4Combine mayonnaise and cheeses in bowl; mix well.

5Spread over filling; sprinkle with basil.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Yield: 6 servings.
