  • frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 3 to 4 fresh tomatoes
  • basil, thyme, salt and pepper
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • cayenne pepper
  • mayonnaise (1/2 c. approximately)

Directions

    Cook pie shell halfway.

    Layer sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Top with dash of cayenne pepper. Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before serving. Great hot or cold.
