- 2 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Butter a 9-inch pie plate.

2Spread sliced potatoes on bottom. Spread on half of the Mozzarella cheese.

3Top with sliced tomatoes.

4Put remainder of Mozzarella on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.

5Pour melted butter over mixture.

6Bake in 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Great with barbecue.
