Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. cut up shrimp
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

    Heat undiluted soup to a boil.

    Dissolve gelatine in 1/3 cup cold water.

    Add gelatine mixture to soup.

    Add mayo to softened cream cheese.

    Add cream cheese mixture to tomato mixture.

    Cool. Add onion, celery, shrimp and lemon juice.

    Pour into serving bowl.

    Chill at least 8 hours or until set.

    Serve as spread for crackers.
