Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. cut up shrimp
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Heat undiluted soup to a boil.

2Dissolve gelatine in 1/3 cup cold water.

3Add gelatine mixture to soup.

4Add mayo to softened cream cheese.

5Add cream cheese mixture to tomato mixture.

6Cool. Add onion, celery, shrimp and lemon juice.

7Pour into serving bowl.

8Chill at least 8 hours or until set.

9Serve as spread for crackers.
