  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
  • 5 biscuits or 5 slices loaf bread
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Crumble bread.

    Add tomatoes and sugar.

    Stir until mixed well. Melt butter in casserole dish.

    Add tomato mix.

    Dot top with butter and bake in hot oven at 425° approximately 1 hour.

    Should brown on top.
