Tomato Salad

  • 4 to 6 medium tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 green onions (stem) or 1 medium onion
  • 1 lime or lemon or 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • salt

Directions

    Wash and peel tomatoes.

    Cut into small trenches (do not drain juice).
  3. 3
    Wash and cut green onions (small pieces).
  4. 4
    Cut and squeeze lime (1/2 teaspoon).
  5. 5
    Put tomato trenches into medium size bowl.

    Add green onions, vegetable oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.

    Stir a couple of times.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes to one hour.
