- 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1 can (1 pt. 2 oz.) tomato juice
- 1/8 c. Italian dressing
- 1 tomato, peeled and diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, pared and diced
Directions

1In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over tomato juice.

2Cook over low heat, stirring, until gelatine is dissolved.

3Add dressing and stir.

4Chill mixture until it begins to thicken. Fold in tomato, green pepper and cucumber.

5Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold or 6 individual molds.

6Chill until firm.
