  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 5 teaspoons balsamic glaze
  • 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut in half diagonally
  • 20 fresh basil leaves

Directions

    Cut thin slice off top and bottom of each tomato; cut each tomato into 5 slices horizontally.

    For each tomato stack, drizzle 1/4 teaspoon balsamic glaze onto bottom slice of tomato; top with 1 piece cheese and 1 basil leaf.

    Repeat layers 3 times, using 1 tomato for each stack.

    Place last tomato slice on top.

    Place 1 basil leaf over tomato slice; drizzle with remaining balsamic glaze.
