  • 20 fresh tomatoes, blanch, peel and remove core
  • 8 large onions
  • vinegar to taste (1/2 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Grind tomatoes, onion and pepper in food processor.

    Add vinegar and salt.

    Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.

    Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
