- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook onion and green pepper in oil for about 5 minutes.

2Add tomato paste and four cans of water; stir well.

3Add whole tomatoes and break them up in the saucepan, then add all your herbs, stir well, cover and simmer for about 2 hours.

4Taste for flavor; if not enough, add more herbs.

5Season with salt and pepper.
