  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 large potatoes, cubed
  • celery and green pepper (may be added)
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix or 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 4 large carrots, sliced
