- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
- 2 c. crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. crumbled oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- salt to taste (if desired)
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
Directions

1Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic.

2Cook briefly, stirring.

3Add the tomatoes, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Stir in the basil and serve hot.
