- 8 qt. fresh tomatoes
- 1 bunch celery
- 6 large onions
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Cut up tomatoes, celery and onions.

2Cook vegetables together until tender.

3Run through colander.

4Add sugar and salt.

5Heat, but not to boiling.

6Add oleo and flour; blend well and add to soup.

7Stir until all is dissolved.

8Put in jars and seal. Pressure 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.

9Or use water bath 15 or 20 minutes.

10Let cool and remove jars.

11Will keep well until all used up.
