Ingredients
- 4 medium size tomatoes or more
- 1 Tbsp. oil or margarine
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 can tomato paste
Directions

1Slice tomatoes and boil in a little water.

2Press through a sieve when soft.

3Melt oil or margarine.

4Add sliced onion and cook until clear, then add 2 tablespoons flour and stir.

5Add tomato juice slowly and keep on stirring until all lumps are gone, then add bouillon cube and tomato paste.

6Add salt if necessary.
