- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- cream cheese frosting (from your favorite recipe)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 2 (8-inch) round cake pans.

3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cream cheese frosting.

4With mixer at low speed, beat until well mixed, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.

5At high speed, beat 4 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.

6Pour into prepared pans.
