- 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme, crushed
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, place sliced tomatoes.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

3In large bowl, mix spinach, green onion, eggs and margarine.
