  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 5 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced carrot
  • 1 potato, sliced
  • 2 ears corn (off cob)
  • 1 c. green beans
