- 2 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. fine cut green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Melt cheese in pan over hot water.

2Heat soup with all remaining ingredients except egg.

3Add soup mixture to cheese. Add egg and mix thoroughly over hot water for 5 minutes.

4Serve on toast or crackers.

5Keeps for several weeks in refrigerator.
