  • 5 to 6 peaches, sliced (I use any kind of fruit)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 5 slices white light bread

Directions

    Place peaches in buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Remove crust from bread and cut in 5 fingers.

    Place bread over peaches.

    Mix sugar, flour and butter.
  5. 5
    Pour over bread.

    Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
