  • 1 lb. haddock or any whitefish
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic and dry Italian dressing mixture.

    Wash fish; dry.

    Place on broiling pan.

    Coat top of fish with mixture.

    Place under broiler until fish is opaque or easily flaked.

    Do not turn fish.
