  • 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 oz. crushed almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 c. nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 large and 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 c. cold milk
  • 6 oz. sweet chocolate (about 3 regular chocolate bars)

Directions

    Combine butter, flour and crushed almonds and mix well.
  2. 2
    Press in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, until light brown. Cool.
