- 5 whole eggs
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Sift flour and add salt.

2Cream butter and sugar.

3Add eggs one at a time, alternating with flour.

4Add flavorings and mix well.

5Pour into greased and floured funnel pan.

6Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
