  • 300 g flour
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 7 g yeast
  • 3 g salt
  • 12 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 pieces prosciutto

Directions

    Mix flour, oil, eggs, milk, yeast and salt together in a large bowl.

    Pour half of the mixture into the buttered 8 inches cake pan.

    Layered on the cheese, spinach and prosciutto.

    Pour the rest of the mixture on top of the filling.

    Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes.
