Ingredients: 1 c. water; 1/2 c. butter (no substitutes); 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 c. all-purpose flour; 4 eggs; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix; 3 c. cold milk; 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip; chocolate syrup

Directions

Combine water, butter, salt and flour in a microwavable bowl and cook for about 1 minute or until the ingredients form a smooth ball when stirred. Let stand for 3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until smooth. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at

400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth. Put cooled puff on a serving platter and spread pudding mixture over the top.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set. Spread with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set. Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
