Tortellini Shrimp Kabobs

  • 24 tortellini, cheese-filled spinach, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 12 medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
  • 12 small cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Cook tortellini as directed on packaged; drain and cool.

    Place dressing in shallow glass or plastic bowl.

    Stir in tortellini, shrimp and tomatoes.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring once to coat.

    Drain tortellini mixture.

    Thread tortellini, shrimp and tomatoes alternately on each of twelve 6-inch skewers.
