- your favorite hot sauce
- margarine
Directions

1Butter and brown both sides of the tortilla in a nonstick skillet.

2Cover half of the tortilla as it lays in the skillet with cheese and hot sauce.

3Let melt over low heat.

4Fold over into half-moon shape and flip several times, making sure cheese is heated through and tortilla does not burn.
