Tortilla Roll-Ups

- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. salsa, with additional for dipping
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 small can black olives, sliced
- 1/4 c. packed fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl until consistency is somewhat smooth (there will be lumps).

2With a spatula, spread approximately 1/4-inch thick layer of spread to cover tortilla, then tightly roll up tortilla.

3Repeat as far as mixture goes. Wrap them in cello wrap and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Remove and slice into 1 to 1 1/2-inch lengths.

4Turn on their sides and serve on platter with side of salsa.
