Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. salsa, with additional for dipping
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 small can black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 c. packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until consistency is somewhat smooth (there will be lumps).

    With a spatula, spread approximately 1/4-inch thick layer of spread to cover tortilla, then tightly roll up tortilla.

    Repeat as far as mixture goes. Wrap them in cello wrap and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Remove and slice into 1 to 1 1/2-inch lengths.

    Turn on their sides and serve on platter with side of salsa.
