- 1 (46 oz.) can apricot nectar
- 7 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large angel food cake
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes clear and bubbly.

2Watch closely, stirring constantly.

3Take off heat and pour over a large angel food cake that has been torn into small pieces and placed in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

4Cover and allow to chill for 24 hours.

5Serve with a scoop of whipped cream.
