Tortilla Roll-Ups

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can green chilies, drained and diced
  • 1 can black olives, drained and diced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. green onion, chopped (I used chives instead to taste)
  • garlic powder to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste (left out)
  • 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (salted; left out; optional)

Directions

    Blend together sour cream and cream cheese; stir in chilies, olives, Cheddar cheese, onion and seasonings.

    Spread mixture on flour tortillas and roll up.

    Recommend refrigeration before cutting; makes easier.

    Slice rolled up tortillas into bite size appetizers.

    Serve with salsa.
