- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn, drained
- 16 ounces salsa
- corn tortilla
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Mexican rice
- sour cream
- lettuce
- tomatoes
Directions

1Pre-Heat Oven to 350F.

2Cook and drain hamburger meat.

3Cook mexican rice per directions on package.

4Mash beans (unless prefered whole).

5Add corn and salsa to beans.

6Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray.

7Place tortillas on the bottom.

8Continue layering meat, bean mixture, rice, and cheese.

9Then tortillas etc.

10until you end with cheese on top

11Bake until cheese is melted and layers are hot/warm.

12Top with sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce as desired.
