  • oil for frying
  • 2 c. refried beans
  • 2 c. meat filling
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 c. avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. olives, sliced
  • pickled chili slices

Directions

    Fry tortillas on both sides in hot oil until crisp.

    Drain well on paper towels.

    Spread tortillas generously with refried beans, then meat filling.

    Add lettuce, tomato and avocado.
