- 1 -2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 medium thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- olive oil
- basil
- oregano
- thyme
- rosemary
- sliced vegetables (for toppings)
Directions

1Press grated zucchini in paper towels or cheesecloth to remove excess moisture.
