- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a 3-quart baking dish; cook and drain noodles.

3Melt butter, saute meat, stir in tomato sauce and flour; simmer 10 minutes.

4Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and olives.

5Put half the noodles in baking dish.

6Spread on all the cottage cheese mixture.

7Top with remaining noodles and cover with ground meat mixture.

8Bake for 30 minutes; let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
